Q8: China lacks sufficient international cooperation experience and capacity for CEPC project construction and operation

We have sucessful organizations experience like BESIII (400 people, 50% from abroad, 5% actual contribution), Daya Bay (250 people, 50% from abroad, 30% actual contribution), and JUNO(580 people, 50% from abroad, 10% contribution)

CEPC has signed the MoU with dozens of international  research institutes, universities and others in high energy physics, 

CEPC has established an International Advisory Committee composed of world-class experts

CEPC got the international support (ICFA, ACFA/AsiaHEP, ECFA,...)
